Shipping / Return & Cancellation Policy
Shipping Information :
A. Generally we deliver to all poster address around the world by courier service or inland transport
B. We deliver all goods in our standard packaging
C. Shipping Fees based on the weight of product
D. Shipping Time :
1. Within Malaysia Area : 10 working days estimately ( Monday ~Friday)
2. Non-Domestic Area : 10 To 15 working days estimately (Monday~Friday)
3. Delivery time maybe longer during long holiday, eg, Lunar New Year, Hari Raya….
E. Import Duty / GST / Sales Tax will be paid by you
F. Poster Address : To avoid any undeliverd shipment please provide full postal address & kindly make sure that someone is there to receive /sign the package
G. We reserve the right to charge a Reprocess Fee , in the event of wrong postal address provided or unreasonable refusal to accept delivery.
Shipment Tracking :
Tracking number will be generated by our system & send to your mail box automatically
Transit Risk :
Pro-Field Home & Living Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any lost, stolen or any demages to the package after being left to courier agency or customer poster address
Order Before Delivery :
1. Order will be authomatically by the system if payment is not received within 24 hours. Customer has to place a fresh order again .
2. Order can only be cancelled if it has not been shipped . Customer has to call our Customer Service Team to review and process your cancellation request as soon as possible
Order After Delivery :
Once order has been dispatched or delivered it may not be cancelled
1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product to us within seven (7) days of receipt otherwise will not qualify our ' General Return Policy ' Refund will be paid to your account once the product has been received and inspected by our company according to ' General Return Policy '
2. Product has to be returned by poster , we do not accept ' Walk-In Return '
3. We will not refund for GST, custom duty , bank / Paypal charges & shipping cost.
4. We will refund by direct bank transfer to your bank account within 14 days
5. To be qualified with our General Return Policy , the return product(s) :
- Must be in the original box and packaging
- Must not have any writing on the original box and packaging
- Must be free from scratches / dented / broken /stain or demage on the product surface
- Must not have been installed or used
- Must not be missing pieces
- Must not be missing accessories
- Must be in resalable condition
7. We reserve the right to charge a handeling fee up to not more than 30% of your order amount if you cancel the paid order ( we have already packed) or return almost everything that you purchased or the parcel is returned to us by carrier due to unclaimed.
